A man and woman found dead in a Bradford bedsit were today named by police as Polish nationals Bartlomiej Jakub Bozek, 33, and his partner Karolina Wasilewski, 28.
Mr Bozek was found hanged when a rent collector entered the property in Hallfield Road, Manningham, on Monday night.
The body of Miss Wasilewski was later found wrapped in plastic bags under a bed when police carried out a detailed search of the bedsit.
Tests are continuing to establish the exact cause of her death.
The investigation into the couple’s deaths is being carried out by West Yorkshire Police’s Homicide and Major Enquiry Team led by Detective Superintendent Sukhbir Singh.
Officers are not seeking anyone else in connection with the tragedy, but they want to trace anyone who might have seen either Mr Bozek or Miss Wasilewski in the days leading up to the discovery of their bodies.
