A broken down train caused delays for commuters travelling on the Airedale line today.
Northern Rail said a fault caused a train to be stranded at Bradford Forster Square station at 6.30am.
The 7.41am service between Skipton and Bradford Forster Square, the 8.05am train between Skipton and Leeds, and the 9.31am service from Bradford Forster Square to Leeds were cancelled as a result.
Meanwhile, delays of up to nine minutes were reported between Shipley and Ilkley.
A Northern Rail spokesman said: "We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused to their journeys."
