Bingley clothing firm Damart is working on its latest charity T-shirt.
After the success of the company’s limited edition T-shirt, unveiled in February by former Emmerdale actress Roxanne Pallett, as part of Damart’s 2010 Love Your Heart campaign, staff are working on a new- look garment for 2011 which will be available to buy in January.
Damart raised more than £4,500 for charity Heart Research UK which will go towards raising awareness of heart disease and how to reduce the risk of developing it. The money will also help to fund pioneering research projects enabling scientists to investigate new ways to tackle the disease.
Roxanne said: “I was thrilled to be part of Damart’s campaign to raise money for Heart Research UK and the fantastic research projects.”
Damart marketing director John Bottomley said: “We are delighted to be continuing our partnership with Heart Research UK and be able to assist in funding such worthwhile research projects.”
