A ceremony will be held in Haworth to welcome the spirit of Christmas.
The Scroggling The Holly parade will set off from the bottom of Main Street at 3pm on Sunday, November 14.
The procession will consist of local children in traditional Victorian dress who will walk to the entrance of the parish church.
The new Holly Queen will be crowned on the church steps, before the spirit of Christmas is symbolically invited into the village.
This is the first of a series of Christmas weekends, all of which are organised by volunteers from Haworth Village Association.
Visitors and local people are welcome to enjoy parades, music, singing and other entertainment along Main Street.
Dates and times are available online at haworth- village.org.uk.
