He appeared in the dock to face three counts of murder in relation to the incident in Hendford Drive, Pollard Park, Bradford, on Tuesday, July 6.
Alina Shah, ten, and Aman Shah, eight, died in the blaze. Their mother, Iram Shah, 30, died at Pinderfields Hospital, Wakefield, six days later from severe burns.
