Bradford firefighters were called to a barn fire between Queensbury and Halifax early today.
Crews from Fairweather Green and Odsal joined colleagues based at Illingworth and Halifax stations to tackle the blaze at Delves Farm, off Ned Hill Road, Bradshaw, shortly after 1am.
Craig Mallinson, watch commander at Illingworth fire station, said they managed to prevent the fire spreading from the barn which contained hay and straw. Crews were expected to be damping down until this afternoon.
The cause is being investigated.
