A moment’s silence was observed at City Hall last night in memory of former Labour Councillor Edwina English.
Mrs English, who died on Wednesday, September 8, represented the Shipley East ward from 1988 to 1996.
Lord Mayor of Bradford Councillor Peter Hill expressed thanks for her ‘hard work and diligent service’.
