Keighley woman Ruth Anderson has announced her annual Diabeats concert to raise money for Diabetes UK.
The show, featuring three bands, will be at the Sunnybank Social Club, in Silsden, next Friday.
Beatleaders will return by popular demand and Blues Jukes will make their Diabeats debut.
Also returning will be rhythm-based band Akimbo with “exciting, energetic, dynamic and visual” world music.
Ruth began fundraising events in 2005 after her daughter Lucy was diagnosed with diabetes.
She wanted to pay tribute to the paediatric nurses who helped Lucy during the early days of her treatment.
Diabeats has since raised more than £3,000, including last year’s total of £1,100. Tickets cost £7.50 from Ruth on 07983 351183 or rutheanderson@hotmail.co.uk.
