I should really start training for real now if I want to set a decent pace.
39 days to go. Problem is ten of those days are going to be consumed by doing precisely the opposite. I have a long-booked holiday to fulfill and I suspect a pool and an all-inclusive deal is unlikely to spur me into physical torment.
So I have a dilemma, start training now and waste away that progress by encamping on a sun lounger or wait until I return, with considerably less time to build up my fitness and, potentially, a tad heavier to boot.
Decisions, decisions.
