A show paying tribute to glam rockers Kiss is rolling into town this week.

Tribute band Dressed To Kill claim to be the world’s longest-running Kiss tribute act, forming in 1989 after discussing the idea at a ‘Kissmas’ party.

Their first show was at a Loughborough nightclub, and since then they have become the only Kiss tribute band to tour Japan, just months before the real Kiss went there with their reunion tour.

Dressed To Kill promise all the trappings of a Kiss show – silver platform boots, outrageous make-up, big hair, pyrotechnics – and deliver all the hits and crowd-pleasers.

A face-painter will be on hand on the night to make up people as various members of Kiss. The cost is £3 per face, and £1 from each will go to Megan’s World, a charity supporting parents of stillborn babies.

* Dressed To Kill will be at the Gasworks, Bradford, on Friday. For more about the band, visit dressedtokill.
