People are being offered a chance to change their lives for the better by losing weight and stopping smoking.
Weekly drop-in sessions are taking place in the centre of Keighley for those who need help to improve their health.
The service is designed to give the community free, professional support and advice.
For the past six months a stop-smoking drop-in has been based in Keighley Town Hall foyer every Thursday. Now the service is being extended to offer weight management help for people with a body mass index of 30 or more in a special 12-week programme for adults.
The weight management and stop-smoking sessions run at Keighley Town Hall every Thursday from 11am to 1pm.
More information is available at the premises or by calling (01274) 202801 (weight loss) or (01274) 202793 (quitting smoking).
