England games are being shown on a big screen at St Peter’s Church, Shipley, with activities and fun for the family.

And a local charity will be cheering too as proceeds from tomorrow’s match will go to debt counselling charity Christians Against Poverty.

Last Saturday’s match raised money for youth charity One in a Million, backed by Bradford City assistant manager Wayne Jacobs. And the Beacon Project, which helps refugees living in Bradford, will be benefiting from England’s final group match against Slovenia on Wednesday, June 23.

The Reverend Colin Blake said: “We hope that people will come and bring their family and friends to enjoy a great fun occasion and cheer on England while helping some really important local charities.”
