David James Lee, aged 43, of Springroyd Terrace, Girlington; drink-driving, community order made with curfew, £250 costs, banned from driving for 24 months. Faisal Amin, aged 23,m of Salt Street, Girlington; driving without a licence, driving without MOT, failure to produce documents, no separate penalty; driving without insurance, £525 fine, £165 costs, licence endorsed.

Murza Amjad Baig, aged 42, of Pawson Street, Laisterdyke; contravening a health and safety regulation, £4,000 fine, £3,095.11 costs. John Sidney Ernest Richardson, aged 33, of Collingham Avenue, Buttershaw; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence; original offence of theft re-sentenced, £50 fine, £60 costs.
