A women-only vigil is due to be held tonight in Bradford Centenary Square in memory of three prostitutes killed in the city and other women victims of abuse.
People are expected to gather in the city centre between 5pm and 7pm in silent remembrance of Suzanne Blamires, Shelley Armitage, and Susan Rushworth.
They have been asked to wear black and carry candles.
Stephen Griffiths, 40, who referred to himself as "Crossbow Cannibal" in Court, has been charged with the murders of the three women.
Griffiths, of Holmefield Court, Thornton Road, Bradford, is expected to face trial in November.
