Barkerend: change of use from class D, health centre, to class A1 retail sales shop with residential accommodation, Otley Road Medical Centre, 179 Otley Road. Barkerend: construction of four residential units, land east of Hill Side Road. Barkerend: construction of three-storey front extension to existing building with associated works, 10 Grant Street. Barkerend: non-material amendment to planning approval 09/04745/HOU dated 03/12/09 (construction of two-storey extension to side and single storey to rear with garage) to change of design to single-storey roof to rear and alter garage, 9 Killinghall Drive.

Bingley: removal existing tiled shop front and provide new timber shopfront, create new door opening to allow access to flat above, internal alterations to shop and flat (creating extra bedroom in roof space), Taylors Footwear, 113 Main Street.

Clayton: construction of two- storey extension and realignment of rear garden, including change of use to residential curtilage, Brow Top Farm, 4 Brow Top. Cullingworth: conversion of existing former outbuildings to utility room with lobby and store, Turf House, Turf Lane.

Eccleshill: construction of detached garage, Ravenscliffe Farm, Fagley Road. Eccleshill: enlargement of existing dormer windows, 102 Leeds Road.

Fairweather Green: construction of single-storey extension to form conservatory, 27 Park Hill Close. Fairweather Green: removal of existing steel gate, raise the height of existing wall and form new opening with wall over with new garage door, form new roof behind new wall to form car port, St William’s Church Presbytery, 26 Duncombe Street. Ilkley: removal of a chimney on the east facing wall at the side of the house, Lingmoor, 56 Kings Road.
