The prosecution has been given an extra four weeks to submit papers to the defence solicitor representing a 42-year-old man facing 21 counts of possessing indecent photographs of children.
Magistrates in Bingley today were due to commit David Cockshott to Bradford Crown Court but were told the papers were not ready.
The bench ordered that they must be presented to the defence by May 24 in time for committal from Bingley to Bradford on June 1.
Magistrates were told the case involved over 2,000 images and was "very complex."
Cockshott, of The Cottage, Far Shay Farm, Brighouse & Denholme Road, Thornton, Bradford, was remanded on bail.
