David Joseph Tummons, aged 56, of Basil Street, Little Horton; application to revoke a community order, granted, resentenced for the original offence of offering/exposing an article infringing copyright unknown, 12 months’ conditional discharge.

Shakeal Rehman, aged 21, of The Gatehaus, Leeds Road, Barkerend; failure to comply with community order, order to continue with an extra ten hours’ unpaid work. Robert A Richards, aged 41, of West Combe Court, Wyke; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offences of theft, resentenced for original offences, community order made with curfew and electronic monitoring.

John Elmslie, aged 55, of Windhill Old Road, Thackley; contravention of a tree preservation order, £500 fine, £850 costs. Jonathan Mark Hardy, aged 37, of Darnay Lane, West Bowling; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence, resentenced for original offences, community order made; driving without a licence, driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Dominic Armitage, aged 23, of Stanacre Place, Wapping; driving without due care and attention, £175 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed. Bryan Mark Carter, aged 37, of Daleside Walk, West Bowling; driving while using a hand-held mobile phone, £60 fine; driving without insurance, £525 fine, £100 costs; driving without MOT, failure to produce documents, no separate penalty.
