Roundhegians are the visitors, needing a win to maintain their hopes of promotion and keen to avenge an opening day home defeat at the hands of Skipton.

It is a special day for Sam Boatwright, who steps out for his 50th consecutive game for Skipton. The back row forward has not missed a match in either league, cup or friendly since joining the club in August 2004 - a proud record in the "engine room" which shows how much of a servant he has been to the club.

It would cement a big day if he could add to his tally of tries for the club, which currently stands at just one.

The unavailability of wingers John Dillon and Mike Beech means a call for Matthew Cox and Steve Marks while the now fashionable prop rotation sees Nathan Tiffin start with Tony Howarth on the bench.

Replacements: T Howarth, M Wilsher, A Oldfield.
