Campion kept their unbeaten record intact and replaced Ovenden West Riding in second place in the Mumtaz Premier Division after beating the Halifax side 3-2.

controlled the centre of the field for Campion and it was Graham's accurate passing that allowed Adie Howard and Mick Burke to score and give Campion a 2-0 interval advantage.

Ovenden brought on Ashley Shaw in the second half and he quickly reduced the arrears with a well-taken goal.

But Campion just had the edge on their visitors and it fell to Hamilton to take advantage of a goalkeeping error and restore the two-goal advantage.

Campion were not allowed to sit back and Ovenden, through Steve Foulard, pulled a goal back to set up a tense last ten minutes.

Bay Athletic maintained their 11- point lead at the top of the table with

a 1-0 home victory over relegation strugglers Eastmoor.

Tyersal conceded two first-half goals at Ardsley Celtic from which they failed to recover and slipped to a second successive away defeat.

Otley Town, after two draws in their last two games, took all three points with a 3-0 home success over basement club Heckmondwike Town. Paul Harrison, Luke Danskin and Dean Wagstaff were the scorers.

Dudley Hill Rangers took the lead with an Ian Taylor goal at Division One promotion hopefuls Hall Green United - then faltered to allow the home side to come back with two goals to take a 2-1 interval lead.

Jason Kershaw netted within minutes of the restart to put Rangers back on level terms but then, like last week in the first meeting - when Rangers scored twice within five minutes to win 2-1 - Hall Green did similar with two goals in the last ten minutes to take the honours with a 4-2 victory.

Keighley Shamrocks look likely to join Salts in dropping into Division Two after losing 5-0 at second-placed Lower Hopton. And Steeton saw their chances of promotion take a tumble when they lost 2-1 at home to Littletown and remain in third place nine points adrift of Lower Hopton.

South Bradford slipped up 3-1 at Marsden and Westwood, with a goal from Cory Larkin, gained a valuable point with a 1-1 draw at Altofts.

Overthorpe and Crag Road United netted 11 goals between them in their Division Two encounter.

Paul Moorhouse (3), Dominic Barrett and Andrew Steel scored for Crag Road, while Neil Sykes (3), Lee Brook and Nicky Brook were on target for Overthorpe, leaving the game finally balanced at 5-5 before Dave Kilkenny, with a speculative shot, scored to give Overthorpe a 6-5 victory.

Dudley Hill Athletic felt the full force of leaders Meltham Athletic's scoring power - hit by an eight-goal blitz.

Westbrook YMCA, who are in contention for the runners-up spot, slipped 3-0 at Hunsworth, for whom Richard Whitehead, Dave Wright and Michael Johnson scored.

Both Wibsey and Brighouse Town's reserve sides booked their places in

the Reserve Divisions Cup semi-final. Wibsey beat Keighley Shamrocks 3-0 and Brighouse Town defeated Bay Athletic 1-0.
