Brian Noble has warned his Bulls side against complacency when they face off against Les Catalans.

The French newcomers may have lost successive Super League matches - at perennial strugglers Salford and Castleford - but are a different prospect on their own turf.

The champions fly out to Perpignan on Thursday ahead of Saturday night's round four fixture and Noble concedes it is going to be a tough test for his own players.

He watched the Frenchmen lose 34-28 in a see-saw clash with Cas on Sunday and expects a backlash at the weekend.

It is Les Catalans' first home game since their memorable opening win over Wigan and the boss said: "They'll be looking to re-enforce the messages and pull through there.

"They can't get relegated and losing Stacey Jones is a bit of a negative - but Les Catalans will be completely different at home to what they were on Sunday at Cas.

"They clawed their way back in to that match and should have won but somehow managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

"They looked down and out after 15 minutes but they started getting field position, looked quite good with their last plays and put some pressure on.

''They have a pretty uncompromising pack, while Sean Rudder and Laurent Frayssinous got them around the park pretty well."

Paul Deacon is fit for the Bulls, despite coming off early in Saturday's win over Salford with a hamstring strain, and Lesley Vainikolo also appears ready to go again.

But there is a doubt over Paul Johnson, who is struggling with a strain of his own and he will be tested tomorrow morning.
