Keighley Ladies 2 Ossett 1 - OSSETT were eager for revenge after losing to Keighley in the County Cup last month - but they could not stop the home side's victory romp.
They have now clocked up six consecutive wins and welcomed back midfielders Frances Nichol and Laura Priestley.
Maria McArdle launched the onslaught drawing first blood for Keighley when she headed home Michelle Harrison's corner after seven minutes.
Keighley's defenders were rock solid with Uzi Daddique playing left back for the first time alongside Sophie Taylor on the opposite wing. Frances Nichol and Fatima Khatun controlled the midfield, but McArdle had to be replaced when she suffered an injury shortly after scoring her goal.
The Keighley side tok their one goal advantage into the break and after switching to an attacking role Becky Granger added a second. She side-stepped the defence before chipping over the Osset keeper outstretched hands to give Keighley a 2-0 lead.
On a rare Ossett attack Laura Preistley cleared off thye line.
Both teams committed themselves to all out attack late in the game and Ossett struck with two minutes of normal time left to play.
The Keighley keeper dropped the ball from a corner kick and it bounced into the net as she desperately tried re-gather.
The goal set up a tense final few minutes, but Keighley held out to keep their winning run alive.
