Two classmates of Aimee Wellock have unveiled a memorial bench in her honour.
Melissa Kirkbright, left, and Emma Hepworth, both 15, raised £139 after organising and running a bun sale and a guess the name of the teddy competition. Half the money went towards the wooden bench, which was brought into Parkside School on Tuesday. The remainder will be donated to charity.
The bench is engraved with a plaque, which reads: "In loving memory of Aimee Wellock, 1989-2005. In our hearts you will always stay. Loved and remembered everyday."
