Help is now just a mouse-click away for Keighley people wanting more information about the region's ambulance service.
A new web site provides an invaluable resource for the public, patients and staff, with everything from details of latest campaigns to advice on when to dial 999.
Other features include guidance on how to book patient transport services, explanations of performance targets and job vacancies within the West Yorkshire Metropolitan Ambul-ance Service NHS Trust.
Kevin Ellis, the trust's chief executive, said: "We are working hard to deliver a top quality service and the web site reaffirms our commitment to help do this.
"Our site aims to inform people about the trust and the services we offer, as well as giving up-to-date news on the latest developments, contact details, access to trust publications and job vacancies."
The web site can be accessed at www.wymas.co.uk.
