ILKLEY Golf Club ladies played a stableford competition for ther Captain's Charity - this year supporting the Stroke Association.
The event was won in the Silver Division by Ann Gillon (19) 33 with Liz Ireson second with (20) 28 and Sue Hatfield third with (18) 21.
In the Bronze Division the winner was Margaret Pack (29) 37 with Sue Holroyd second with (21) 33 and Marjorie Leather third with (31) 32.
Maureen Schofield thanked everyone for their support and a total of £175 was donated.
In the August Medal a torrential rain storm and high winds reduced the field. The winner in the Silver Division was Marilyn Brand 86 (9) 77. Second was Ann Gillon 98 (19) 79 and third was Liz Webster 99 (18) 81.
In the Bronze Division the winner was Sue Holroyd 99 (21) 78. Second was Julie Ormondroyd 108 (23) 85 and third on countback was Jill Parfitt 108
