Bradford City's out-of-favour striker Rob Steiner, pictured, has returned to Queens Park Rangers on loan.

The Swede spent two months with the Loftus Road outfit last year before injury forced him to return to Valley Parade.

However after recovering with a spell at Lilleshall and scoring two goals in two reserve games, City have agreed to him having a third month with QPR.

A fee was agreed of £300,000 between the two clubs before Steiner's initial loan spell and City had initially refused the third request for a loan period.

However boss Paul Jewell said: "We weren't particularly happy with the way QPR dealt with us originally but, at the end of the day, they still want to look at him.

"And it is a better shop window to be in the QPR first team than our reserves. Hopefully something can be sorted out."

Steiner, who joined City in a £500,000 deal from Norrkoping, is set to go straight into the side to face Oxford tonight at Loftus Road in a relegation battle.
