Bradford City boss Paul Jewell today called on his promotion-chasing team to keep their heads in the crucial last run-in to the end of the season.

As the Telegraph & Argus launched its 'Only Way Is Up' campaign to get everyone in the district behind the Bantams' push for the Premiership, Jewell insisted: "We must keep our belief."

And he urged fans not to panic because of the defeat against Sunderland as they get behind his side in the remaining 11 games.

The City boss said: "I think it is important that we keep our heads and look at the great situation we find ourselves in. This is no time for apathy or lack of belief and that means everyone from the chairman, staff, players and supporters.

"At the end of the day we lost one game and that was only our second defeat in 15 league games."

City's promotion run-in continues tomorrow when Norwich City are the visitors to Valley Parade.

Peter Beagrie is still battling to recover from the calf injury which has ruled him out of the last three City games. However Ashley Westwood is definitely out with a thigh injury while Gordon Watson is also out for a couple of weeks with a knee injury.

Jewell must also decide whether to partner Lee Mills with either Dean Windass or Robbie Blake with whoever misses out dropping back into midfield.

Windass spent the first half up front on Tuesday before Blake moved forward to play alongside Mills for much of the second 45 minutes.

Jewell said: "I changed it around on Tuesday because we weren't getting the best out of Robbie. We know it isn't his best position but there are times when sacrifices have to be made for the good of the team.

"That has been illustrated with Peter Beagrie who is probably tackling back more this season than at any other time in his career.

"I was pleased with Dean against Sunderland because he looked the most likely of our players to score."

City tackle a Norwich side who have flattered to deceive this season and are currently sat in 12th position.
