HAVE you ever fantasised about lining up with or against some of soccers legends? You can make your dream come true by bidding for a place in the match between an Ex-Leeds United Stars X1 and John Hendrie's All-Stars to be played at Guiseley AFC.
The match, to be staged at Nethermoor Park on Sunday, October 17, kicking-off at 2 pm, is part of the fund raising scheme for Menston St Mary's RC School to make a bid for sports college status.
So if you would like to line-up with the likes of former Scotland star Peter Lorimer, former Leeds striker Bobby Davison (the Guiseley AFC manager), Sky TV commentator Bryn Law and former Barnsley manager Hendrie among others than all you have to do is make a bid in a sealed envelope and send it to John Hendrie at St Mary's RC Comprehensive School, Bradford Road, Menston.
St Mary's are trying to raise £100,000 to make their sports college status bid and they hope that the soccer match will give the fund the final boost it needs.
