Bradford Sunday Alliance: After their best win of the season against Oakenshaw, Ventus fell to earth at Bolton Woods, never recovering from two early goals.

The 6-0 Premier Division win takes Woods' unbeaten run to five games, but they are still a point behind leaders East Bowling Unity.

Unity recorded their fourth successive clean sheet in the 3-0 win at bottom club Queensbury, who missed a penalty.

In a very tight division, East Ward moved into third place over Wrose Bull with a 6-1 win at struggling Green Man, where Phil Clapham's pace proved tough to cope with. Clapham got five goals, including four in the second half.

Undefeated in all games, Eccleshill United Sunday strengthened their Division 1A promotion claims with a 4-2 win at Bolton. Despite letting a 3-1 lead slip in the last ten minutes, Quarry were well pleased with a 3-3 draw at Pudsey Royal.

Clayton Orient recorded their first win against Bank Top. After a penalty had cancelled out Matthew Ball's 15th-minute goal, Clayton came through 3-1 with an Andy Duggan penalty (55 minutes) and a 70th-minute goal from player-manager Mick Hodgson.

Leejay Kirk was again among the goals as Malta Court ended Fountain's unbeaten run 3-1, while Baildon Trinity, still winless, led twice at Greengates only to lose 3-2 after Greengates had been reduced to ten men.

After going down to an early goal, Springfield made it four wins out of four in Division 1B with a 9-1 roasting of Wrose Albion. Midfielder David Goldsborough was at the heart of everything, making a heavy contribution to David Welsh's six goals.
