Detectives are hunting masked attackers who robbed two businessmen of jewellery in a Keighley hotel car park.
The robbers struck at 2.15pm last Friday in the grounds of the Beeches Toby Hotel and Restaurant in Brad-ord Road. They escaped in a silver Rover - registration M814 KOV - which had been reported stolen in Leeds on September 22.
The car was later abandoned in Ford Street, Keighley, and the robbers switched to a blue/green Volvo saloon which was abandoned in Thwaites Brow.
The two businessmen, whom police say are not from this area, suffered slight injuries and were very shaken by the attack. They did not require hospital treatment.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the robbery and are continuing to make inquiries about the number of robbers involved.
Anyone who can help or who saw either of the cars involved should contact Keighley CID on 01535 617083.
