Business and financial advisers Grant Thornton are giving owner-managers a chance to tell Prime Minister Tony Blair how his Government can help them thrive.
The firm, which has offices in Eldon Place, Bradford, is organising a national Owners Day campaign.
Owner-managers will be asked, via a questionnaire, what question they would
put to Mr Blair to help their business and also to give views on issues including red tape, e-commerce, the tax burden, access to finance and the economic climate.
Glen Beveridge, managing partner at Grant Thornton's Bradford office, said: "This is a 'speakers corner' opportunity."
Some 30,000 questionnaires have been issued to SMEs so far and other business owners
are encouraged to participate via the Grant Thornton web site www.grant-thornton.co.uk or call 0207 728 2764 for a questionnaire.
The results will be revealed and debated at special Owners Day events on November 15.
