Generous staff and customers have helped boost the coffers of an appeal set up to help disabled Shipley toddler Connor Entwistle.
The youngster's great-grandmother Joan Gooder, of Windhill, and uncle Stephen Boldy picked up the copper collection - totalling £148.21 - from the Second West pub at Lidget Green.
The money will go towards a multi-sensory playroom for the two-year-old who has leukodystrophy, a rare genetic disorder which has left him blind and prone to fits. Meanwhile, proceeds from a day of events staged at Bradford's Carlisle Hotel in aid of the appeal now totals more than £1,620.
Fundraising efforts at the Branch pub in Shipley have generated nearly £2,000 to cover the cost of sending Connor to America for tests.
