Business leaders will take a taste of Yorkshire to China as they jet out for a trade-building expedition.
This month's Chinese trip - attended by Bradford firms - aims to boost exports and capitalise on the world's fastest growing economy.
And organisers ChinaVentures will be inviting companies to provide a sample of their products for a hamper to be presented to the mayor of Hangzou.
Joanna Lavan, of ChinaVentures, said: "Through our trade visits the Chinese are getting to know a great deal about the region's business - but little about our food.
"The hamper is intended to showcase the wide range of high quality food available while potentially opening up new trading opportunities."
ChinaVentures will be running another trip in February.
