THINGS could only get wetter, thought Stockbridge resident Pete Bibby, up to his waist in water as he sorted out the devastation to his conservatory, with his wife and kids trapped upstairs.
But he was forced to smile as a toy fish floated past, singing Sugar Pie Honey Bunch.
Says Peter, 44: "It was a crazy situation anyway with all of our furniture floating around in the water, but this just took the biscuit.
"He must have short circuited but it was funny the way he started singing just as he floated past me.
Peter, who is on the Papua New Guinea coaching staff for Rugby League's World Cup, reckons the fish - Wiggling Willy - hasn't had his chips.
A pal of Billy Bass whose Don't Worry Be Happy has proved such a hit with the likes of the Queen and Tony Blair, Willy will be found a place in the Bibby home - "even if he doesn't work anymore."
