ONLY three matches survived the weather as rain took its toll on the CravenLeague programme.
A total of 17 were called off bringing the total number of postponed matches to 56 so far this season.
"It is only the first week In November and I dead to think what the backlog is going to be like at the end of the season. The prospects for this coming weekend are very bleak, we desperately need a spell of dry weather and drying winds," said league secretary Peter Marsden.
Of the matches played Embsay continued their good start to life in Division One, beating Barnoldswick United 2-1.
Horton closed the gap on leaders Bronte Wanderers Reserves in Division Two with a 1-1 d home draw with Skipton LMS Reserves.
In Division Three Waddington FC moved up the table collecting maximum points at Intake Reserves in a 1-0 victory.
Skipton Bulldogs enjoyed an excellent result at Ripon City Magnets in the second round of the West Riding County Challenge Cup, pulling off a 2-1 victory and now going through to the Third Round.
