A consortium, including the Bradford and District Recognition Service, has been chosen to deliver an excellence award across Yorkshire and Humberside.
The team, also including Yorkshire Assessment Ltd and the Humberside Training and Enterprise Council, is one of nine centres in the country picked by Investors in People UK to maintain standards across the region.
Roger Grasby, regional policy director of the Yorkshire and Humberside TECs, said: "This bid brings together organisations with a wealth of experience and a reputation of quality and innovation that is second to none.
The main base will be in Harrogate with a sub-office in Humberside.
