Bradford firm Adam & Co has become the first accountancy practice in Yorkshire to achieve the prestigious Investor in People standard.
The company, launched in 1998 by former school friends Ali Khan and Mushtaq Ahmed, was praised by the Bradford & District TEC award recognition panel for its teamwork and sense of vision.
Based at the grade two listed Woolston House in the centre of Bradford, Adam & Co now employs a team of 18.
Partner Ali Khan said: "We are absolutely delighted to have achieved the Investor in People standard. We are still a relatively new business and are very keen to meet and exceed the needs of our customers."
