Staff at a Bradford-based manufacturing company are celebrating after it was awarded the Investor in People Standard.
The Univer Manufacturing Company is part of the Univer Group which has 11 production plants around Europe and employs more than 700 staff.
Headed by managing director Michael Pix, it specialises in the design and production of pneumatic and hydraulic automation products.
Mr Pix said: "It's great news that we have been recognised as an Investor in People company. We work particularly hard to make sure that everyone within our organisation understands the objectives of the company and the part they play in achieving them.''
