Missed dental appointments could soon become a thing of the past thanks to Yorkshire based Dentrak Computer Systems.
The company, based in Bramham, is to launch a series of new upgrades to its practice management software - Dentrak Plus - enabling dentists to improve efficiency and revenue.
The upgrades, available from March, include an appointment book module enabling practitioners to track the attendance records of every patient.
Neil Sanderson, sales and marketing director at Dentrak Computer Systems, said: "Dentists lose a lot of revenue through missed appointments.
"The new system alerts users to previous attendance records and can indicate when appointments were cancelled. From this appropriate action can be taken."
