A 32-year-old woman has been cleared of neglecting three horses including a foal, after a two-day trial.
Bradford Magistrates Court heard how Lesley Stewart allegedly failed to look after the animals often enough.
But District Judge (Magistrate) David Thomas ruled that she had made arrangements with her friends to feed and water them.
Giving evidence, Lesley Stewart said she would visit all three horses daily providing them with hay, water and bedding.
Prosecutor Adam Rhys-Davies said the animals were being kept at Raikes Hall Farm in Tong, Bradford.
But under an arrangement with the manager at the premises, Stewart was responsible for feeding and exercising them.
In June last year, a vet was called to the farm after concerns were raised about the foal's health.
The court was told that all three horses were seized and taken to a rescue centre in Lancashire.
When interviewed, Stewart denied all the allegations against her, saying that she did look after the animals well.
Stewart, of Holme Lane, Bradford, who had pleaded not guilty to three charges of causing unnecessary suffering to an animal, said she did have the time to look after the animals.
