Children at a Heckmond-wike school put the finishing touches to a booklet in memory of their teacher, before it was presented to her parents.
Angela Ovington, a teacher at Cawley Lane Junior, Infant and Nursery School, was mown down by drink-driver Allan Jackson in Huddersfield last August.
Two of her friends were also killed in the incident and one narrowly escaped being knocked down.
Jackson, who had two previous drink-drive convictions, was jailed for eight years.
The booklets, along with a number of petitions calling for harsher sentences for drivers who kill, will be given to Miss Ovington's parents by head-teacher Richard Ovenden. Lee Aveyard and Laura Chapman, both ten, are pictured with the booklets in memory of Angela Ovington
