Five youngsters from Quest Taekwondo Club in Shipley brought back a total of ten medals after being part of the Great Britain team competing in an international event at Stuttgart, Germany.
The group, pictured, comprised Kirsty Ryan, aged 11, who won gold (power tests) and two bronze medals (sparring and poomse); Kayleigh Anderson, 12, silver (power tests) and bronze (poomse); Ben Dixon, 11, who collected a gold (power tests); Stephen Tolan, 12, who picked up two golds (sparring and power tests) and silver (poomse); and Holly Ashton, 13, who won a gold (power tests).
Overall the British team picked up 32 medals - 16 gold. As a bonus, Tolan has been selected to take part in a Rest of the World team against Korea next month.
