The Bees return to league action at Wagon Lane tomorrow - but not on the first team pitch.

Waterlogging means their North Division One match against macclesfield will be played on the second team pitch at Aire View.

"The first team pitch was partially flooded on Wednesday and is very, very wet," said Bradford and Bingley Sports Club chairman Kevin Turley.

"If we were to use it we would severely damage it, and I don't even know if it will be ready for use a week tomorrow against driffield."

Bees coach Matt Greenwood said: "Although we are playing on the second team pitch, at least we train there on Tuesdays and Thursdays whereas macclesfield don't."

Matthew Booth's fine form at fly half in last Saturday's club match at Castleford has earned him a place on the bench.

Fourth-from-bottom Otley, who have won their last two National League One matches, albeit narrowly, hope to make it a hat-trick at home to fourth-placed London Welsh.

The Cross Greeners select the same 15 that won 13-10 at Birmingham-Solihull last Sunday, but Jon Burke, who has recovered from a leg injury, and Simon Hawkins, who has been performing well for the second strings, are promoted to the bench.

Wharfedale's promotion bid from National League Two will lapse to critical status if they don't beat Bracknell at Grassington.

Bracknell are second and Wharfedale fifth, but the Dalesmen are boosted by the return of flanker Hedley Verity and fly half David Pears after injury.

North Ribblesdale have won six of their last seven matches in Yorkshire Division One, but their improvement faces its stiffest test with a trip to unbeaten leaders Cleckheaton. The hosts include the versatile Steve Burnhill on the wing.

Second-from-bottom Keighley, at third-from-bottom Hull, are boosted by the return of skipper Simon Atkin for the unavailable Peter Southgate in the second row.

Bradford Salem are at leaders Scarborough in Yorkshire Division Two, and name the same 15 as for their postponed Yorkshire Shield tie there last Saturday. That has been re-arranged for a week tomorrow.

Baildon, winners of four of their last five league matches, face a decent test of their revival at Knottingley in Yorkshire Division Four. The visitors are without flanker Chris Smithies, pictured, and wingers Matt and Nick Oddy.

Gary Strauss brings his experience to the back row, Gareth Guyers and Matt Bradney filling the wing berths, with Andy Whitley coming in at full back.

"We beat them in a gritty forward-dominated encounter last season, but they beat us at our place earlier this season," said Baildon coach Kenny Pollard.

"It is a good test for us, and if we can build on last week's 82-3 victory at Burley there is no doubt that we will do well."

Wibsey select from 19 for their Yorkshire Division Five home match against Nestle Rowntree.
