Business Link Bradford & District will wind up operations this week after five years.
Set up in 1996 to provide information and advice to help companies compete and grow, the group will close its office on Friday to make way for a new, region wide entity.
Business Link for West Yorkshire, a merger suggested by the existing organisations, will be based in Leeds from Monday, March 27.
Bradford Business Link chief executive Steve Szostak says the transition should be painless.
Bradford Chamber of Commerce has won the contract to deliver to small and 'micro businesses'.
The new, West Yorkshire wide Link will be one of the largest in the country, with around 100 staff. It can be contacted by calling (01274) 751385.
