Skipton-based Applied Photonics has launched a new website.
The company, which has just signed a deal to help decommission nuclear power plants in America, has launched the interactive site in a bid to promote understanding of its laser technology.
The company uses pioneering technology called Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy which it has developed to measure chemical substances safely.
Dr Andrew Whitehouse, managing director of Applied Photonics, said: "It is the company's objective to be the UK's centre of excellence for the advancement of industrial applications of LIBS and related technology.
"As LIBS is still regarded as an emerging technology, the role of this website is to increase awareness of the capabilities of the technology on a worldwide basis."
Visitors to www.appliedphotonics.co.uk can access full information about the company as well as technical data.
