"You don't have to be luvvie!" says the backstage team at Bradford's Priestley Centre. It is looking for volunteers to help build stage scenery, however basic their woodworking skills.
"Previous experience is not necessary but if you have done it before so much the better," says spokesman Angela Curtis.
"We don't need dovetail joints to hold our sets together for the week. Safe is all that matters. There's a great deal of satisfaction in seeing a show performed on a set you helped build."
