Bradford's development plan was described as "fantastic" at last night's monthly meeting of the council of the Bradford Chamber of Trade, by its president, Mr F Cooper. Mr. Cooper said he wondered how much pulling down there would be before there was a start on the new plan. Absolute chaos would be created in the central area if they pulled down without rebuilding at the same time.
