BARNOLDSWICK United go on the road again in the direction of Harrogate in Round Two of the West Riding FA Challenge Cup on November 3 when they visit Beckwithshaw Saints.

The West Lancashire league side comfortably accounted for Harrogate Premier League side Burley Trojans last weekend and will be confident of further progress.

The draw has thrown up one interesting local derby, with Carleton Athletic getting home advantage against Steeton, while Skipton LMS will have the benefit of a Sandylands tie when they take on Honley from Huddersfield.

Other home ties go to Silsden, who entertain Pinderfields Unison and Grassington United, who have Baildon Trinity as visitors.

Going on their travels along with Barnoldswick United are Cross Hills United, who visit Kirkby Malzeard, Kelbrook, who make a long trip to Thorne Colliery, Settle, who visit Wibsey, and Craven League leaders Oxenhope Recreation, who travel over the top to Halifax to tackle Stump Cross 200.

In the Challenge Trophy, Cross Hills Reserves entertain Carlinghow Victoria from Batley, Kelbrook Reserves visit Camerons and Steeton Res travel to Ventus Yeadon Celtic.

The one home tie for a Craven side in that section sees Cowling at home to Great Preston.

In the Under 14 Junior Shield, Craven Wanderers visit Moorend Hornets and Silsden Juniors are at Amaranth.

Embsay Wolves entertain Shipley Juniors in the Under 12 Junior Shield, but Silsden Juniors, 7-0 winners against Ryburn Valley Juniors in Round One, will not be progressing.

They were disqualified from the competition for fielding ineligible players in their first-round match.
