Cancer survivor Liz Bray, pictured, will sing at a charity fundraising day on Saturday in aid of Bradford's Cancer Support Centre.
Liz, 45, of Five Lane Ends, who sings with the folk band Avalon, has organised a day of music at the Melborn pub, in White Abbey Road, Bradford, to raise money for the Daisy Hill centre which offers support to cancer sufferers and their families.
She said: "The reason why I'm involved is my father died from lung cancer last June and I'm recuperating from breast cancer myself, so I wanted to do something that could help other people who are going through the same thing."
Among the bands who have been lined up to appear at the event, which runs from 2pm, are The Whitefield Family, Kinda Blue, Scarlet Heights and Wild Geese. There will also be a raffle and stalls.
Tickets for the event cost £3 and are available on the door or by calling (01274) 776688.
