Hazlewood Castle near Tadcaster was the magical and romantic setting for the wedding of Michael Morrisroe and Georgina Haggart.
Michael, a project manager at Westland Helicopter Co in Yeovil, Somerset, is the eldest son of Tony and Linda Morrisroe, of Keighley. Georgina, a sales administrator at Recruitment Southwest in Taunton, is the youngest daughter of Bruce and Janine Haggart, of Keighley.
The bride wore an ivory full-length silk dupion dress trimmed with ice crystals, with a waist-length veil dotted with ice crystals and a hand-made silver and crystal tiara. She carried hand-tied pink and cream roses.
The bridesmaid was Adele Coombs (bride's sister) and the flower girl was Harriet Coombs (bride's niece).
The bridesmaid wore a full-length pale plum silk dupion dress and carried a smaller version of the bride's bouquet. The flower girl wore an ivory silk dupion and organza full-length dress trimmed with tiny flowers, and carried a basket of pink and cream roses.
The best man was Liam Rowley and the ushers were Paul, Sean and Johnathan Morrisroe (bridegroom's brothers).
The civil ceremony in Hazlewood Castle itself was followed by a blessing in the castle chapel, conducted by Bishop Michael Wilson.
