Bradford Schools FA under-13 side ran out comfortable winners in their match against Huddersfield at Leeds Road. Bradford dominated much of the first half scoring four goals and it was not until the game was already won when Huddersfield pinched two back. Best of the goals was Robert Barraclough's (SALT) 25-yarder. Josh Atkinson (Bingley) scored two and Aiden Day (Buttershaw) added the other.

The under-14 game followed a similar pattern with four good goals from Bradford but two errors at the back gifted Huddersfield their two. Ryan McAllion (St Bede), Michael Greenwood (Buttershaw) and Scott Swann (Queensbury), who hit two, got on the scoresheet.

That result for the under-14 side came on the back of a fine win on Thursday night at Rotherham when after surviving some strong pressure from the home side in the first half, Bradford eventually won 4-0. Goals came from Scott Swann (Queensbury), Lee McGowan (Ilkley) and Adam McLean (Holy Family) and captain Luke Scott (Oakbank).

The under-12 side had their first competitive game against Nottingham at Manningham Mills and convincingly won 4-0. Scorers were James Gorman (Dixons CTC), Mike O'Brien (Buttershaw), Dean Watson (Queensbury) and Joe Ullock (Ilkley).
